He is the one who repulses the orphan and does not encourage on giving opportunities for those poor so they might earn their living.

4,5,6,7) Woe to those who are careless, apathetic to their Salah, who fulfill Salah [while they look like they support others financially and spiritually; strive to enlighten the community] for showing off, and forbid that even simple items should reach to a needy!
